Risk-first quant technology for multi-asset markets.
Multi-time-frame strategy engines, a deterministic risk layer and FPGA-grade execution, built by a team that has designed memory and silicon for IBM and Texas Instruments.
Every order passes the risk engine before it reaches the market
Three things we do, built on one discipline.
Quant strategy technology
Multi-time-frame engines across metals, crypto, FX, energy and Indian indices, designed so a trade is only taken when several horizons agree.
Risk operating system
Risk limits are rules in code, not guidelines. The system can refuse a trade, pause itself, and lock until people intervene.
FPGA execution
Low-latency execution architecture drawn from two decades of high-speed memory and silicon design, aimed at colocated trading.
Technology
We treat a trading system the way a chip team treats a chip: specify it, constrain it, verify it, then run it.
Multi-time-frame engine
The HullMA-based engine reads trend and momentum on a 4-hour base frame and confirms across other horizons. It has been simulated on gold, Bitcoin, EUR/USD, crude oil, natural gas and the Nifty 50.
Deterministic risk layer
The same inputs always give the same risk decision. That makes the system auditable and testable, which is what institutions ask for first.
HFT and FPGA platform
An FPGA architecture for market-data handling and order generation, planned for colocation at GIFT City once approvals are in place.
SaaS and licensing
A software prototype for Indian and global markets, with algorithm licensing to quant firms as a second revenue path.
Results from simulations are historical and hypothetical. They do not represent live trading and are not a guide to future returns.
Roadmap
- FoundationCompany incorporated in Chennai, core team and advisors in place, strategy engine and risk framework specified.
- Live testingControlled live testing of the engine in Indian exchange-traded markets with the risk layer enforced end to end, followed by GCC and international markets through licensed partners.
- Prototype SaaSSoftware prototype for traders and funds, with reporting and risk controls exposed to the user.
- Low-latency platformFPGA execution development and colocation approvals, then conversations with hedge funds and family offices.
- Licensing and scaleAlgorithm and technology licensing to quant firms worldwide.

For investors
Quant firms win or lose on risk discipline and execution speed. We bring both from a silicon background, and we are raising a seed round to take the engine from validated simulations to live testing, a working software prototype and the first low-latency build.
The investor pack covers the market, business model, three-year plan, use of funds and milestones. We share it with qualified investors on request.
